In shadows deep, where light's embrace is faint,
A science blooms, revealing truth untamed.
Positive Psychology, its vibrant name,
Awakens souls, igniting love's warm flame.
Though plagued by sorrows of the human heart,
This branch of knowledge seeks a brighter start.
For in the depths where darkness often dwells,
Hope's beacon shines, dispelling weary spells.
With measured steps, it delves into the mind,
To understand what makes our spirits blind.
From strengths and virtues, its compass aligns,
To illuminate a path where joy entwines.
Positivity, the stage on which it dances,
Embracing growth, forgetting happenstances.
With gratitude, it weaves a tapestry,
Of happiness and meaning, rich and free.
Unlocking doors to laughter, love, and bliss,
It empowers hearts to seek a life of this.
In ways authentic and uniquely formed,
Each soul discovers dreams to be transformed.
The power of resilience, it unveils,
To mend what's broken and what pain entails.
Through mindfulness, the present's gifts are found,
And mindfulness in gratitude is crowned.
Positive Psychology, beacon of light,
Bestowing strength to conquer darkest night.
With science's grace and poetry's delight,
